From Infantry Officer to Construction Professional:
Exiting the U.S. Army after 11 years serving as an Infantry Officer, Chris Beaty was equipped with leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Seeking a new career path as he prepared for a medical separation, Chris turned to CPI to help navigate the transition process and find the right fit in the construction industry.
After learning more about Chris’s background, experience, and goals, CPI paired him with Cadence General in Chris’ desired location of Anchorage, Alaska. The internship allowed Chris to gain hands-on experience and adapt his military skills to the construction environment. As a result of his hard work and dedication, Chris received and accepted a full-time construction management position.
